摘  要:超临界流体萃取技术在农业生产、中医药品、食品加工、化工等工业中有广泛的应用,具备分离效果好、产率高及环保等优势,现已逐渐取代传统方法来获取更高品质的产品。介绍了超临界流体的概念及萃取技术,并概述了该技术在各方面的应用及发展前景。Supercritical fluid extraction technology is widely used in agricultural production, traditional Chinese medicine, food processing, chemical industry and other industries. It has the advantages of good separation effect, high yield and environmental protection. It has gradually replaced traditional methods to obtain higher quality product. In this article, the concept of supercritical fluid and extraction technology was introduced, and the application and development prospects of this technology in various aspects were outlined.
