摘  要:对中小型化工企业生产二氟甲基吡唑羧酸(DFPA)生产过程进行研究,采用DCS控制系统对DFPA生产过程进行了改造,设计了单回路控制、串级控制等过程控制算法,完成了该生产线的自动化改造。现场实际运行证明,DCS控制系统使控制过程更为稳定、可靠,在提高了中小型化工企业的经济效益的同时,也提高化工企业的生产安全水平。The production process of difluoromethylpyrazole carboxylic acid(DFPA) in small and medium-sized chemical enterprises was studied. The DCS control system was used to transform the DFPA production process. The single loop control, cascade control and other process control algorithms were designed, and the automatic transformation of the production line was completed. The actual operation showed that DCS control system made the control process more stable and reliable. It not only improved the economic benefits of small and medium-sized chemical enterprises, but also improved the production safety level of chemical enterprises.
