摘　　要：肺移植是治疗终末期肺病公认的治疗方案,但供肺数量稀缺,所以边缘供肺在临床逐渐应用,如何合理地对供肺进行评估,控制供肺质量是改善肺移植预后的方法之一。因此,本文将对供肺影响肺移植预后的主要因素进行综述,为改善我国肺移植患者预后并为肺移植中心针对不同患者选择合理供肺提供理论依据。Lung transplantation is a recognized treatment for end-stage lung disease,and its prognosis is closely related to the quality of donor lung.However,donor lungs are scarce,so marginal donor lungs are gradually used in clinic.How to evaluate donor lungs reasonably and control the quality of donor lungs is one of the ways to improve the prognosis of lung transplantation.Therefore,this article will review the main factors that affect the prognosis of lung transplantation,in order to improve the prognosis of lung transplantation patients in China and provide a theoretical basis for lung transplantation centers to choose reasonable donor lungs for different patients.
