摘 要:目的:分析糖尿病(DM)与前列腺增生(BPH)的相关性。方法:从Pubmed、Sciencedirect Online、Wiley Online library数据库以及手工检索出2018年6月30日之前以英语发表的关于DM及BPH相关性的研究。使用STATA软件进行Meta分析,随机效应模型用于计算混合比值比(OR)及95%置信区间(CI)。结果:本次Meta分析纳入了23项研究,包含了292 001名参与者,其中BPH病例121 006例。Meta分析显示DM患者BPH发病风险明显高于非DM患者(OR=1.38,95%CI为1.24~1.54;P<0.001)。结论:糖尿病与较高的BPH发病风险显著相关。Objective:To summarize and meta-analyze the recent literatures on diabetes mellitus(DM) and benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH), focusing on DM and its relationship with prostate volume,transitional zone volume, prostate-specific antigen and urinary symptoms, as evidence suggests an association between DM and lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS) due to BPH.Methods: Eligible studies published in English up to Jun 30, 2018 were searched and identified from Pubmed,Sciencedirect Online, Wiley online library databases, and hand searching. The STATA(version 12. 0)was applied to process this meta-analysis. Random effects models were used to calculate pooled odds ratio(OR) and 95% confidence intervals(CI) and to incorporate variation between studies.Results: Of the retrieved articles, 608 were selected for detailed evaluation, and 17 were included in this review.The 23 studies enrolled 121 006 cases of BPH from 292 001 participants. Patients with DM had significantly higher risk of BPH when compared with those without DM(OR=1. 38, 95%CI: 1. 24-1. 54;P<0. 001).Conclusion:This paper suggests that men with DM have a higher risk for BPH.
