山东某污水处理厂扩容与提标工程设计探讨

摘  要:基于某污水处理厂处理能力受到规模的制约,同时结合下游河道对排放水体水质要求越来越高的实际情况,对现有处理设施进行提标改造,同时进行设施扩容建设,将处理规模从6万m3/d扩容至12万m3/d,出水水质由《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级B标准提升至一级A标准。通过对现状进出水水质分析,采取降低现有设施处理水量,并在百乐克池内增设缺氧区、污泥回流等措施进行现有设施提标改造;扩建部分采用AAO工艺;深度处理采用现有混凝沉淀+新建高密度沉淀池+紫外线消毒工艺。经运行检测数据表明,处理后出水中COD、BOD5、SS、TP、NH3-N、TN浓度分别为27.4 mg/L、6.1 mg/L、6.58 mg/L、0.31 mg/L、1.64 mg/L、10.96 mg/L,各指标均满足设计要求。In view of the scale restriction of existing sewage treatment plants and the water quality requirements for river,it is necessary to upgrade the existing treatment facilities and expand the facilities, so that the treatment scale can be expanded from 60 000 m3/d to 120 000 m3/d, and the effluent quality can be upgraded from Class I B standard to Class I A standard in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 1891—2002). Based on the analysis of the current influent and effluent water quality, measures such as reducing the treatment capacity of existing facilities, adding anoxic zone and sludge reflux in Biolak were taken to upgrade the existing facilities. AAO process is used in the expansion part. Advanced treatment adopts existing coagulation sedimentation+ densadeg+ultraviolet disinfection process. According to the running test data, the concentrations of COD、BOD5、SS、TP、NH3-N and TN in the treated effluent are 27.4 mg/L, 6.1 mg/L, 6.58 mg/L, 0.31 mg/L,1.64 mg/L and 10.96 mg/L, all of which meet the design requirements.
