摘　　要：随着肿瘤手术、放疗、化疗、介入等治疗手段的发展,恶性肿瘤患者的生存期得到较大的改善。但是肿瘤患者普遍存在着治疗并发症、心理、营养、功能障碍等问题。为解决肿瘤患者出现的问题,我院自2016年开始按照肿瘤康复的理念,逐步推出淋巴康复护理门诊等多个肿瘤康复护理门诊。在护理门诊实施的过程中不断摸索建立了设计-准备-审核-批准的运行模式。肿瘤康复护理门诊的开展提高了患者、医生、护士的满意度,实现了对肿瘤患者康复的全程管理、拓展了肿瘤护理内涵、为肿瘤专科护士和骨干护士的使用提供了新的思路。With the development of tumor surgery,chemoradiotherapy and interventional therapy,the survival of patients with malignant tumor has been greatly improved.However,cancer patients usually suffer some problems,such as treatment complications,psychology dysfunction,nutrition dificiency and so on.In order to solve these problems,our hospital has gradually launched a number of tumor rehabilitation nursing clinics such as lymphatic rehabilitation nursing clinic according to the concept of tumor rehabilitation since 2016.In the process of nursing clinic implementation,the design-preparation-audit-approved operating model has been continuously explored.The setup of nursing rehabilitation clinic has improved the satisfaction of patients,doctors and nurses and realized the whole process management of cancer patients'rehabilitation,expanded the connotation of cancer nursing,and provided new ideas for the development of tumor specialist nurses.
