摘　　要：本文通过阐述预立医疗照护计划的相关概念,综述预立医疗照护计划在阿尔茨海默病患者人群中开展的必要性及其影响因素,提出了在阿尔茨海默病患者人群中开展实施预立医疗照护计划的相关策略,以期为预立医疗照护计划在我国阿尔茨海默病患者中的应用提供参考。This article described the related concept of Advance Care Planning,summarized the necessity and influence factors of Advance Care Planning applied in Alzheimer's Disease patients,proposed strategies of implementing Advance Care Planning for Alzheimer's Disease patients.It is expected to provide reference for the application of Advance Care Planning for Alzheimer's Disease patients in China.
