摘　　要：目的:构建适用于早产儿的“袋鼠式护理”临床护理路径。方法:通过回顾性分析病例资料、查阅文献,初步构建临床护理路径文本内容,形成专家函询问卷。再通过目的抽样法选取10名医疗及护理专家作为函询对象,运用德尔菲法进行两轮函询。结果:两轮专家积极系数均为100.0%,权威系数为0.85(>0.70);两轮函询护理条目变异系数分别为0.084和0.070,协调系数分别为0.253和0.318,专家意见趋于一致,经讨论最终形成“袋鼠式护理”临床护理路径。结论:构建的“袋鼠式护理”临床护理路径具有一定的科学性,可用于指导临床,规范袋鼠式护理,促进袋鼠式护理在临床的推广。Objective:To develop the Clinical Nursing Pathway(CNP)of"Kangaroo Mother Care"for premature infants.Methods:The preliminary CNP was developed based on cases review and literature search.Ten medical and nursing experts were selected by purposive sampling for two-round consultations.Results:The positive coefficients of the two rounds experts consultations were both 100.0%.The authoritative coefficient was 0.85 which was above 0.7;the coefficients of variation in the two-round consultationwere 0.084 and 0.070,and the coordination coefficients were 0.253 and 0.318,respectively.Experts had the consistent opinions on the CNP and the"Kangaroo Mother Care"CNP was finally formed.Conclusion:The constructed"Kangaroo Mother Care"CNP is scientific and can be used to guide the clinical practice,standardize kangaroo mother care,and promote the use of Kangaroo Mother Care.
