摘 要:利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对EBZ-160掘进机截割臂二级行星机构的行星架进行强度校核和模态分析,结果表明,现有的行星架设计安全系数过大,适当增大截割电机功率或减小行星架结构尺寸,可以使行星架结构性能与负载相匹配,分析得到的行星架的应力、位移分布情况可以为进一步设计行星架的结构和强度提供依据;行星架低阶固有频率远高于掘进系统工作频率,可以很好地避免行星架共振现象。The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to conduct strength check and modal analysis of the planet carrier of the EBZ-160 roadheader cutting arm two-stage planetary mechanism.The results show that the existing planet carrier design safety factor is too large and appropriately increased Cutting the motor power or reducing the structure size of the planet carrier can match the structure performance of the planet carrier with the load.The stress and displacement distribution of the planet carrier obtained by analysis can provide a basis for further design of the structure and strength of the planet carrier;the planet carrier is low The first-order natural frequency is much higher than the working frequency of the tunneling system,which can prevent the planet carrier resonance phenomenon well.
