摘  要:微正压装置是在发电厂内给主变与发电机之间的封闭母线提供压缩空气的重要设备。因厂家设计原因厂用仪用气源与IPB空压机辅助气源不能自动切换,同时也不满足对封母内气体压力的特殊要求,这对封闭母线的安全运行带来一定的隐患,我们现在提出一系列改进办法,希望能为其他机组类似问题的解决提供一些参考。The micro-positive pressure device is an important equipment to provide compressed air to the closed bus between the main transformer and the generator in a power plant.Due to the manufacturer's design,the factory-used instrument gas source and the auxiliary gas source of the IPB air compressor cannot be automatically switched,and at the same time it does not meet the special requirements for the gas pressure in the sealing mother.This brings certain hidden dangers to the safe operation of the closed bus.A series of improvement measures are now proposed,hoping to provide some reference for solving similar problems in other units.
