饲用葡聚糖酶在畜禽饲粮中应用价值研究进展

摘　　要：β-葡聚糖是非淀粉多糖中的一类,通常按照其化学性质会被分为两种类型,一种类型是水溶性,这类水溶性的葡聚糖能够会增加动物肠道内的黏度,对动物的日常生长带来十分负面的影响。通常情况下,β-葡聚糖都被相关研究者们认为具有一定的抗营养特性。本文就上述论点对饲用葡聚糖酶在畜禽饲粮中应用价值进行研究。β-glucan is a type of non-starch polysaccharides.It is usually divided into two types according to its chemical properties.One type is water-soluble.This type of water-soluble glucan can increase the intestinal tract of animals.The viscosity has a very negative impact on the daily growth of animals.Under normal circumstances,β-glucan is considered by relevant researchers to have certain anti-nutritional properties.In this paper,the application value of feed glucanase in livestock and poultry diets is studied based on the above points.
