摘　　要：互联网技术的快速发展为大众提供了大量的信息数据,信息数据之间的分享和交换也逐渐呈现出普遍化的特点,并对各行各业的发展带来了巨大的影响。在互联网信息技术的推动下,高端装备制造企业得到了快速的发展,企业发展过程中组织创新和技术创新的匹配发展所带来的正向效应有效的提高了企业效率,但仍需对其逻辑关系及匹配机制进行更加深刻的探索和分析,才能帮助企业实现高效和可持续发展的目标。通过分析组织创新与技术创新两者的匹配机制,为企业实现管理突破提供建议和参考。the rapid development of Internet technology provides a large amount of information data for the public,and the sharing and exchange of information data has gradually shown the characteristics of universality,and has brought great impact on the development of all walks of life.Under the promotion of Internet information technology,high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises have got rapid development.The positive effect brought by the matching development of organizational innovation and technological in novation in the process of enterprise development effectively improves the enterprise efficiency.However,it still needs to explore and analyze its logical relationship and matching mechanism more deeply to help enterprises achieve the goal of efficient and sustainable development.By analyzing the matching mechanism of organizational innovation and technological innovation,this paper provides suggestions and reference for enterprises to achieve management breakthrough.
