摘　　要：知识产权战略是一个国家经济发展到特定阶段时所必须实施的发展战略。美国是世界上最早建立知识产权法律和制度的国家之一,在知识产权保护方面走在世界前沿。美国政府历来高度重视知识产权在推动经济发展以及国家竞争中的优势作用,推行的知识产权战略主要体现在强化的知识产权保护、持续的创新战略和联合的知识产权执法机制等方面。中国知识产权战略实施已进入深水区,基于比较视角考察美国知识产权发展战略实践,助推探索我国知识产权战略的深入实施。With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the international economic and trade development,intellectual property competition will gradually become a major competition between countries.Intellectual property strategy is when a country's economic development to a specific stage of the development strategy must be implemented.United States was among the intellectual property laws and the earliest systems in the world,world—leading the way in the protection of intellectual property rights.United States Government has always attached great importance to intellectual property in promoting economic development and competitive advantages;implementation of intellectual property strategy is reflected in the strengthening of intellectual property protection,the promotion of innovation and perfect the construction of legal system of intellectual property rights,and so on.
