摘　　要：国际科技合作是“引进来”和“走出去”的有效途径,平台建设是国际科技合作不可或缺的手段。农业科技国际合作平台建设有其行业特殊性,值得对建设路径进行微观层面的分析。基于面向中国农科院研究所的问卷调查和知情人访谈,结合国际合作工作中的参与式观察所见,分析了中国农科院2000〜2019年建设的121个国际合作平台的现状特征和发展趋势,总结归纳了平台的建设路径并结合典型案例进行阐释。最后,针对农业科技合作面临的困难和机制性障碍,提出减少信息不对称、提高国际化管理水平和创造支持性政策环境生态三条建议。International Cooperation is an effective way in implementing the "bringing in" and "going global" strategy of China. Building science cooperation platforms is an indispensable component in such cooperation. It is worthwhile to study how the agricultural science cooperation platforms are constructed and operated at the micro-level. Based on the questionnaire survey and insider interviews with research institutes of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, combined with the participatory observation in international cooperation practices, this study analyzes the status quo, development and construction path of the 121 international cooperation platforms set up by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences during 2000-2019. It also attempts to explain the potential optimal path through a best practice. Finally, it provides three suggestions for improving platforms construction: reducing information asymmetry, improving international management expertise and creating supportive policy environment for agricultural science cooperation.
