摘  要:某项目反应器在制造厂制造过程中,进行了PWHT后经UT 100%检测发现,在距离上表面12mm-17mm处出现微小裂纹,长度在1mm以内。通过现场金相显微组织观察、硬度检测,割取缺陷部位样品后进行化学成分、金相组织、晶粒度、硬度、宏观等检测手段研究分析。结果显示:不规范的施工,导致在焊缝热影响粗晶区形成了淬硬组织,在焊材烘干不够的情况下氢的介入,形成了穿晶裂纹。In the manufacturing process of a project,the PWHT was tested by UT 100% and found to be micro cracks at a distance of 12-17mm from the upper surface,and the length was less than 1mm.Through on-site metallographic microstructure observation and hardness testing,the samples of the defective parts were cut and analyzed by chemical composition,metallographic structure,grain size,hardness and macroscopicity.The results show that non-standard rework construction and unreasonable preheating heat result in the formation of hardened structure in the coarse grain zone affected by the weld heat.In the case of insufficient drying of the welding consumables,hydrogen is intervened and wear cracking occurs.
