摘 要:目的分析四肢骨折围术期患儿应用拟动物化情景剧干预的效果。方法将我院87例四肢骨折围术期患儿采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组43例给予常规围术期干预,观察组44例增加拟动物化情景剧联合干预,对比两组患儿干预前后应激反应、焦虑、抑郁变化,并对比患儿干预后对疾病的认知情况。结果两组患儿入院时、术后麻醉效果消退后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、干预时间、手术时间、术中出血量均无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后观察组应激障碍检查量表(CSDC)、SCARED及DSRSC评分低于对照组,疾病认知评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论拟动物化情景剧能够有效缓解四肢骨折患儿焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善创伤后应激反应,提升患儿对疾病的认知。Objective To analyze the effect of quasi-animalized melodrama on mental state in children with limb fractures during perioperative period. Methods A total of 87 patients with limb fractures in our hospital were grouped by random number table method. The control group was given routine perioperative intervention in 43 cases. The observation group was added with a combined intervention of animal-like sitcom in 44 cases. The stress disorder,anxiety,depression and the children’s awareness of the disease were compared between two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the VAS score,intervention time,operation time,and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups of children on admission and after the anesthesia effect subsided(P>0.05). After intervention,the CSDC,SCARED,and DSRSC scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the disease cognition scores were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The quasi-animalized melodrama can effectively relieve anxiety and depression in children with limb fractures,improve their stress and children’s awareness of the disease.
