摘　　要：目的探讨前臂骨间后动脉穿支螺旋桨皮瓣逆行转位修复手部皮肤缺损的临床疗效。方法2015年1月-2018年12月,采用骨间后动脉穿支螺旋桨皮瓣逆行转位修复手部皮肤软组织缺损25例。结果皮瓣全部成活,患者均获3~20个月随访,皮瓣外形、色泽、弹性恢复良好,厚薄适中,不需要二期修薄。手部关节活动不受限,活动自如,无手部功能障碍。皮瓣两点辨别觉为5~10 mm,感觉良好。结论应用骨间后动脉穿支螺旋桨皮瓣逆行转位修复手部皮肤缺损,血管解剖较恒定,操作简便,皮瓣成活率高,受区外形和功能恢复良好,是修复手部软组织缺损的较理想方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying posterior interosseous artery propeller flap to repair skin defect on hands.Methods Twenty-five cases with hand skin defect were repaired by posterior interosseous artery propeller flap.Results All of the cases were followed up from 3 months to 20 months.The flaps completely survived.The color,texture and elasticity of the flaps were good,the function of the hands were satisfied,the two-point discrimination of the flaps was 5~10 mm.Conclusion It is a good option to repair hand skin defect with posterior interosseous artery propeller flap,without damage of a main vessel and easy manipulation.
