摘　　要：目的探讨手部肿瘤性钙盐沉着症的发病机理、临床诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2010年9月-2015年3月收治的4例手部肿瘤性钙盐沉着症患者的诊疗过程及随访结果,并结合文献对本病病因、发生、发展及诊断、治疗、预后进行综合分析。结果术后4例均获6个月~5年随访,患者临床症状消失,无复发。结论手部肿瘤性钙盐沉着症的临床诊断以病理诊断确认。术前常规进行B超及X线片检查。临床应采用手术治疗将病灶彻底切除,并辅以术后早期功能训练,实现良好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the pathogenesis,clinical diagnosis and treatment of hand neoplastic calcinosis.Methods From September 2010 to March 2015,4 cases of hand neoplastic calcinosis were treated in our department,all of them were female.The diagnosis and treatment process and follow-up results of 4 cases of hand neoplastic calcinosis were retrospectively analyzed.The etiology,occurrence,development,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the disease were comprehensively analyzed.Results All 4 patients were followed up.The clinical symptoms disappeared without recurrence.Conclusion The clinical diagnosis of hand neoplastic calcinosis is confirmed by pathological diagnosis.B-ultrasound and X-ray examination should be performed before operation.Surgical treatment should be used to completely remove the lesions,supplemented by early postoperative functional exercise,to achieve good therapeutic effect.
