沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗重度支气管哮喘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗重度支气管哮喘的效果。方法:选取重度支气管哮喘患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组:对照组40例给予布地奈德气雾剂治疗,观察组40例给予沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗。治疗3个月后比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状缓解时间、症状改善评分、肺功能及炎性因子水平。结果:两组治疗后哮喘日间症状评分、夜间症状评分、TNF-α、IL-6、肺功能等指标均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后,日间哮喘症状评分、夜间哮喘症状评分、TNF-α、IL-6和肺功能等指标均优于对照组,咳嗽、呼吸困难、喘息、肺部哮鸣音消失时间均短于对照组,治疗期间哮喘急性发作次数少于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于布地奈德,沙美特罗替卡松可明显提高重度支气管哮喘的临床疗效,改善临床症状和肺功能,且未引起严重不良反应。Objective:To investigate the effects of salmeterol and ticasone aerosol on severe asthma.Methods:80 patients with severe bronchial asthma were randomized into two groups:40 cases in the control group were treated with budesonide aerosol,while another 40 cases in the observation group were treated with salmeterol and ticasone aerosol.After 3 months’treatment,the clinical efficacy,symptom relief time and improvement score,lung function and inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the daytime symptom score,night symptom score,TNF-α,IL-6 and lung function of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05);the indexes of daytime asthma symptom score,night asthma symptom score,TNF-α,IL-6 and lung function in the observation group were better than those in the control group;the disappearance time of cough,dyspnea,wheezing and lung wheezing in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group;during the treatment,the number of asthma acute attacks was less than that in the control group.The total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with budesonide aerosol,the treatment of salmeterol and ticasone aerosol can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,symptoms and lung functions of patients with severe bronchial asthma,and it does not cause serious adverse reactions.
