摘　　要：目的:观察开窗减压术对下颌骨囊肿患者术中出血量及并发症的影响。方法:选取本院2018年4~12月收治的下颌骨囊肿患者92例,将行传统开放性手术治疗的46例患者纳入对照组,将行开窗减压术治疗的46例患者纳入观察组。比较两组治疗效果、手术相关指标、住院时间及并发症。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间均高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组并发症发生率低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开窗减压术治疗下颌骨囊肿效果确切,且术中出血量少,创伤小,可降低术后并发症风险,促进患者术后身体功能的恢复,缩短住院治疗时间。Objective:To observe the effects of fenestration decompression on intraoperative blood loss and complications in patients with mandibular cysts.Methods:92 patients with mandibular cysts admitted to our hospital from April to December of 2018 were seleted.46 patients underwent traditional open surgery were included in the control group,and another 46 patients who underwent fenestration decompression were included in the observation group,then the treatment effect,surgery-related indicators,hospital stay and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference of the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);the intraoperative blood loss,operation time and hospital stay in the control group were higher than those in the observation group,which were of statistical significances(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group had a lower incidence of complications,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fenestration decompression is effective in the treatment of mandibular cysts,with less intraoperative blood loss and less trauma.It can reduce the risk of postoperative complications,promote the recovery of postoperative physical functions,and shorten the hospitalization time.
