摘 要:目的探究广西12家水泥厂接触粉尘女工的月经情况,为水泥厂女工作业环境的改善提供科学依据。方法于2019年5—12月对广西12家水泥厂接触粉尘女工、行政、后勤等人员进行基线信息和月经情况调查。将接触粉尘作业的453名女工作为接触粉尘组,169名行政、后勤等人员为非接触粉尘组,对两组人员调查问卷结果进行对比分析。采用logistic回归分析找出可能影响水泥厂接触粉尘女工月经异常的因素。结果粉尘接触组女工月经异常发生率为58.94%,其中月经周期改变(24.72%)、出血量异常(26.05%)、经期综合症(35.10%)均明显高于非粉尘接触组(均P<0.05)。接触粉尘组女工随着作业工龄的增加,其月经异常发生率随之增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。作业环境粉尘多、作业环境温度高、作业时间长、作业紧张状态、福利获得感低、家庭负担重均是水泥厂女工接触粉尘女工月经不调的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论水泥厂接触粉尘的作业女工月经异常率较高,相关部门应注重水泥厂接触粉尘女工的保护工作。Objective To explore the menstruation of women workers exposed to dust in 12 cement plants in Guangxi, provide scientific basis for the improvement of working environment of female workers in cement plant. Methods From May 2019 to December 2019, baseline information and menstrual status of female workers exposed to dust, and administrative and logistics personnel in 12 cement plants in Guangxi were investigated. 453 female workers exposed to dust were selected as dust exposure group, while 169 administrative and logistics persons were selected as non-exposure group. The results of questionnaire were compared between the two groups. Logistic regression analysis was used to find out the factors that may affect the menstrual abnormalities of female workers exposed to dust in cement plants. Results The incidence rate of abnormal menstruation in dust exposure group was 58.94%, and the rates of menstrual cycle change(24.72%), bleeding volume abnormality(26.05%), and menstrual period syndrome(35.10%) in dust exposure group were higher than those in non-exposure group(all P<0.05). The incidence rate of abnormal menstruation in dust exposure group increased with the increase of working years, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The influencing factors of irregular menstruation of female workers exposed to dust in cement plant were serious dust in the working environment, high temperature in the working environment, long working time, tense work condition, low sense of welfare gain and heavy burden on families(all P<0.05). Conclusion The abnormal menstruation rate of female workers exposed to dust in cement plant is high, and relevant departments should pay attention to the protection of female workers exposed to dust in cement plant.
