摘 要:目的分析淄博市急性农药中毒流行特点,制定有效干预措施,减少农药中毒的发生。方法收集整理"中国疾病预防控制信息系统"子系统"职业病与职业卫生信息监测系统"中2014—2018年淄博市农药中毒报告病例进行描述分析。结果急性农药中毒病例244例,非生产性农药中毒233例。死亡58例,均为非生产性农药中毒。中毒者平均年龄为(53.91±17.53)岁,≥40岁组的患者占78.28%;不同性别间中毒种类方式、平均诊断年龄和死亡率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);农药中毒类型主要为杀虫剂,占71.72%,且以敌敌畏中毒为主(占71.24%);病死率以百草枯最高,为79.31%。结论淄博市农药中毒现象较严重,主要以≥40岁人群为主,且中毒农药类型有所增加,需要多方面共同关注,制定相应的防治策略。Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of acute pesticide poisoning in Zibo City, formulate effective intervention measures to reduce the occurrence of pesticide poisoning. Methods The reported cases of pesticide poisoning from2014-2018 were collected from the "occupational disease and occupational health information monitoring system" which was the sub-system of "China disease prevention and control information system", and were analyzed descriptively. Results There were244 cases of acute pesticide poisoning and 233 cases of nonproductive pesticide poisoning. 58 cases died and all were nonproductive pesticide poisoning. The average age of the patients was(53.91±17.53) years old, and the patients aged ≥40 years old accounted for 78.28%. There were no statistically significant differences in the types of poisoning, the average age of diagnosis,and the mortality rate between different genders(all P >0.05). Pesticide poisoning types were mainly pesticides,accounting for 71.72%, and dichlorvos poisoning was the main type(accounting for 71. 24 %). Paraquat had the highest case fatality rate(79.31%). Conclusion The pesticide poisoning in Zibo City is serious, mainly in the population over 40 years old, and the types of pesticide poisoning have increased, and it is necessary to pay attention to it from many aspects and formulate corresponding prevention and control strategies.
