摘 要:县区级基层疾病预防控制中心作为疫苗事件发生的最早响应者,也是遏制事件进一步扩大的决策者,需要一套可靠的信息化系统设计,覆盖疫苗各环节信息采集,提供完整的数据分析做支撑。本文旨在探讨在国家有关疫苗追溯管理规范制度和现有的疫苗管理系统下进行县区级疫苗管理信息系统的构建和功能扩展,为国家和省级系统的建设提供参考建议。张家港市疫苗管理信息系统以追溯数据为核心,以药品电子监管码为标识,利用无线传感技术、手持终端设备和人机交互等技术对疫苗流通和预防接种过程进行高质量数据采集。建立智能数据服务中心,利用人工智能技术搭建数据模型,对数据进行挖掘和分析,满足现有的和潜在的业务需求。丰富疫苗溯源链条,提供自查手段,满足自身管理业务需求。As the earliest responder to the vaccine incident,the county-level disease control center is also a decision maker to curb the further expansion of the incident. A reliable information system design is needed to cover the information collection of all aspects of the vaccine and provide complete data analysis for support. The purpose of this article is to discuss the relevant national vaccine retrospective management regulations and the construction and function expansion of the county-level vaccine management information system under the existing vaccine management systems,and to provide reference suggestions for the construction of national and provincial systems. The vaccine management information system of Zhangjiagang City takes traceability data as the core,uses the drug electronic supervision code as the logo,and uses wireless sensing technology,handheld terminal equipment and human-computer interaction technology to collect high-quality data during the vaccine circulation and vaccination process. The system establishes an intelligent data service center,uses artificial intelligence technology to build a data model,and mines and analyzes data to meet existing and potential business needs. It can enrich the vaccine traceability chain and provide self-examination means to meet the needs of its own management business.
