摘 要:分析了美国加大高超声速飞行试验频次的背景动因;基于美国国防部、国防高级研究计划局、各军兵种针对高超声速领域的相关规划、计划、动态及预算文件,梳理了当前美军主要预先研究项目与型号研制项目的高超声速飞行试验计划及具体安排;以美国陆军为例,总结了其为支撑未来高频次飞行试验计划所采取的具体举措,包括运用“试训一体”模式、组建跨军种跨部门的联合试验团队、采用“轮换式”试验团队模式等。The background and motivation of increasing hypersonic flight test frequency in the United States is analyzed.Based on hypersonic related programs,planning,and budget documents of the department of defense,the defense advanced research program agency(DARPA),and the armed services,hypersonic flight test plans and the specific arrangements in the next few years for both the current major advanced research projects and weapon developing projects are collated and sorted.Then,taking the US Army as an example,the paper summarizes the specific measures it has taken to support the future high frequency flight test program,including the application of the“test and training integratioin”mode,the establishment of an inter-service and inter-agency joint test team,and the adoption of the“rotational”test team mode.
