摘　　要：目的:探讨骨科PFNA手术专科护士培训的临床实践应用效果。方法:随机数字表法将40例PFNA手术患者分配进入试验组(PFNA专科培训护士组,n=20)与对照组(n=20),观察并记录手术体位摆放时间、手术时间、术前定位时C臂X光机曝光次数以及术中曝光次数,采集术前、术毕患者鼻咽体温。结果:试验组体位摆放时间和手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术中定位和手术全程X线曝光总次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组术毕体温低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组术毕体温低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PFNA手术专科护士的培训能加快手术衔接,缩短手术体位摆放时间,减少术中X线曝光频次,缩短手术时间,有效防止围术期低体温发生,减少术后并发症。Objective To explore the effect of training of PFNA operation specialist nurses in clinical practice.Method 40 patients with PFNA operation were randomly assigned into the experimental group(PFNA special training nurse group,n=20)and the control group(n=20).The time of operation position,operation time,frequency of C-arm X-ray exposure before operation and during operation were recorded.The nasopharynx temperature of patients before and after operation was collected.Results The time of positioning and operation in experimental group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05),The frequency of X-ray exposure during intraoperative localization and the total frequency of X-ray exposure in the whole process of operation in experimental group was less than that in control group(P<0.01);The nasopharyngeal temperature after operation was lower than that before operation in control group(P<0.01),The nasopharyngeal temperature after operation in control group was lower than that in experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PFNA specialist nurses can speed up the operation convergence,shorten the time of operation position placement,reduce the frequency of X-ray exposure intraoperative,shorten the operation time,effectively prevent intraoperative hypothermia and reduce postoperative complications through specialized training.
