摘 要:为探究盐胁迫对黄山栾树生长特性的影响,以黄山栾树幼苗为材料,采用土培法,设置6个NaCl浓度梯度(0、1.5‰、3.0‰、4.5‰、6.0‰、7.5‰)来模拟不同强度盐胁迫条件。结果表明:随着盐分含量的增加,苗高、根系各指标、生物量、含水量均呈先上升后下降的趋势,叶绿素质量分数呈逐渐减少的趋势;主根的长度与对照相比,均有所降低;在6.0‰的盐胁迫处理条件下,苗高、总根长、根体积、生物量、含水率均达到最大值;在4.5‰的盐胁迫处理条件下,根表面积达到最大值。综上表明,在该模拟条件下,4.5‰的盐分胁迫能促进黄山栾树各项指标的生长,6.0‰的盐分胁迫开始对幼苗的根系造成影响,7.5‰的盐分胁迫造成幼苗各项生长指标的严重受损。To investigate the effects of seedling growth characteristics under salt stresses,seedlings of Koelreuteria bipinnata var.integrifoliola were used as research objects,six different concentrations(0、1.5‰、3.0‰、4.5‰、6.0‰、7.5‰)of NaCl were set to simulate different conditions of salt stress by soil culture.The experimental results showed that with the increase of salt concentration,seedling height,root indexes,biomass and water content increased first and then decreased.The chlorophyll content content decreased with the increase of salt concentration.The increasing extent of taproot length was much smaller than CK.Under 6.0‰NaCl treatment,the seedling height,total root length,root volume,biomass and water content increased greatly.Under 4.5‰NaCl treatment,the root surface area increased greatly.In summary,it showed that under this salt stress treatment,low concentration(4.5‰)could increase the growth of seedlings,6.0‰NaCl treatment could damage the roots of seedlings,and stress of 7.5‰caused serious damage to the growth indexes of seedlings.
