摘 要:以黄樟瓶内生根组培苗为试验材料,开展不同移栽基质、遮光强度、覆膜及间歇喷雾时间等影响因素的对比实验,筛选出适宜黄樟组培苗移苗的最佳条件。结果表明:在覆膜情况下,采用基质(泥炭土∶珍珠岩=2∶1)+遮光率45%~60%+覆膜21 d的培养条件,黄樟组培苗的移栽成活率和新叶率分别可达86.94%和85.70%。不覆膜的情况下,采用基质(泥炭土∶珍珠岩=2∶1)+遮光率45%~60%+喷雾时间30~45 s+喷雾间隔1 h的培养条件最有利于黄樟组培苗成活,移栽成活率和新叶率分别可达85.01%和86.74%。Taking the tissue culture seedling of Cinnamomum porrectum as experimental material,the best transplanting conditions were screened out by comparing different factors such as transplanting substrate,shading strength,plastic mulching and intermittent spraying time.The results showed that under the plastic mulching condition,the survival rate and the new leaf rate of the tissue culture seedlings were as high as 86.94%and 85.70%,respectively under the conditions of substrate(peat soil∶perlite=2∶1)+shading rate of 45%~60%and mulching for 21 days.Under the condition of no plastic mulching,substrate(peat soil∶perlite=2∶1)+shading rate 45%~60%+spraying 30~45 s+interval 1 h culture conditions were most conducive to tissue culture seedlings survival,transplanting survival rate and new leaf rate could reach 85.01%and 86.74%respectively.
