摘  要:先天性后鼻孔闭锁(CCA)是儿童少见的鼻腔畸形,有双侧闭锁和单侧闭锁之分。根据闭锁性质不同又可分为膜性闭锁、骨性闭锁和混合性闭锁。目前最主要的治疗是通过低温等离子射频消融术重建后鼻孔,术后患儿的生存质量及生长发育可得到明显的提高与改善。如何减少术后新后鼻孔的再闭锁一直是学者们研究的热点,随着新型材料的不断开发应用,可吸收药物支架在减少术后并发症方面的作用得到越来越多的重视。本文就该病的历史、现状、最新进展及发展趋势等方面进行综述,以期对临床有所帮助。Congenital choanal atresia(CCA)is a rare nasal cavity deformity in children.It can be classified into bilateral atresia and unilateral atresia.According to the different nature of atresia,it can be divided into membranous atresia,bony atresia and mixed atresia.At present,the main treatment is to reconstruct the posterior nostril by low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation.The quality of life,growth and development of children after surgery can be significantly improved.How to reduce the reatresia of new posterior nostril after surgery has been a hot spot for scholars.With the continuous development and application of new materials,the role of absorbable drug stents in reducing postoperative complications has received more and more attention.This paper reviewed the history,present situation,latest progress and development trend of the disease,which might be helpful to clinical practice.
