摘 要:为满足水下恶劣工况,水下装备液压驱动以高可靠、控制性能优异的定量泵比例控制为主,但阀控液压系统能耗过大,使水下能量受限问题日益突出,制约了水下装备的发展。通过仿真开展了基于定量泵的水下节能液压系统研究。首先建立AMESim水下比例阀控及变频恒压泵控液压系统仿真模型,并设计了系统控制器;随后对液压系统能耗特性进行仿真分析。结果表明,泵控液压系统能耗比阀控液压系统低70%以上,且随着工作水深增加,节能效果增大。相对于目前水下阀控液压系统,变频恒压泵控系统在不增加系统复杂性同时节能效果明显,可有效降低系统能量消耗,提高水下装备的可靠性及稳定性。With higher reliability and good control performance,the valve control hydraulic system based on constant rate pump is used widely in underwater equipment to meet harsh working conditions requirement.However,its high energy loss emphasizes energy supply limitation and restricts the development of novel underwater equipment.Considering high reliability,the energy saving hydraulic system based on constant rate pump is analyzed with AMESim.A variable frequency constant flow hydraulic system model and a valve control system model are built and their controller are designed by simulation.Then its characteristics of energy saving are analyzed.The results show that,compared with the valve control hydraulic system,variable frequency constant flow hydraulic system energy consume has fallen more than 70%.And with the increasing of working depth,more energy is saved.Researching on this paper shown that the energy-saving effect of variable frequency constant flow hydraulic system is well and it can be used to improve performance and reliability of underwater equipment.
