摘 要:针对热塑性复合材料压机压制精度低、模具磨损严重等问题,在压机四角调平系统中采用双闭环控制策略,此时,内环的压力控制误差直接影响外环的位置同步控制精度。在大流量工况下,调平系统控制阀的阀口开度增加会导致压力控制误差增大,为进一步改善其综合控制性能,提出双阀并联压力控制方案。使用大通径流量补偿阀与小通径压力控制阀并联替换原有单个控制阀,分别对调平缸无杆腔的流量和压力进行控制,满足大流量工况的同时提高压力控制精度,进而提高位置同步控制精度,并搭建调平缸压力台架进行试验以验证双阀并联控制的有效性。结果表明,双阀控制下的压力误差比单阀减少0.5 MPa以上,且压制速度越大其性能优势更突出,为压机调平系统实现高速高精度同步控制提供有效参考。For the problems of low pressing precision and severe die wear in thermoplastic composite press,a double closed-loop control strategy is adopted in the four-point leveling system of the press.At this time,the pressure control error of the inner ring directly affects the position synchronization control accuracy of the outer ring.Under high flow conditions,the increase of the valve port opening of the control valve of the leveling system will cause the pressure control error to increase.In order to further improve its comprehensive control performance,a pressure control scheme with two parallel valves is proposed.By using a large-diameter flow compensation valve and a small-diameter pressure control valve in parallel to replace the original single control valve,the flow and pressure of the rodless chamber are respectively controlled.The pressure control accuracy is improved while the large flow condition is guaranteed,which makes the position synchronization control accuracy improved.A leveling cylinder test bench is established to verify the effectiveness of two parallel valves control.The results show that the pressure error under double valve control is less than 0.5 MPa compared with single valve,and the higher the pressing speed,the more prominent the performance advantage,which provides an effective reference for the high-speed and high-precision synchronous control of the press leveling system.
