摘 要:为了提高车用2A12-T4合金微弧氧化涂层的性能,在磷酸盐电解液中加入不同粒径BN颗粒。通过实验测试的方式分析BN粒径对涂层组织及和摩擦性能的影响。研究结果表明:在MAO涂层中形成许多裂纹并存在许多孔隙结构,BN粒径增大引起内部氧化物熔融烧结,对内部孔隙也起到了明显填充的作用,获得了更致密的组织。采用16.63μm粒径的BN颗粒制备得到了具有最优表面组织结构的MAO涂层,内部孔隙数量也发生了明显降低。将BN颗粒加入电解液后再进行MAO处理时,形成更长均匀击穿时间,涂层初始生长速率加快。当颗粒在微弧氧化涂层上发生沉积时,表面粗糙度随之提高。在MAO涂层内加入不同粒径的BN颗粒后,获得了减摩效果,BN颗粒为16.63μm时制得的MAO涂层达到了最小的磨损率。将BN颗粒加入MAO涂层形成均匀分布磨痕,发生了粘着磨损。The surfaces of 2 A12-T4 alloy,an advanced structural material in auto and aerospace industries,were modified with coatings synthesized by micro arc oxidization(MAO)in BN-doped phosphate electrolyte.The influence of the BN particle-size on the microstructures and tribological behavior of MAO coatings was analyzed with X-ray diffraction,energy dispersive spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and mechanical probes.The preliminary results show that the BN particle-size had a major impact.Specifically,doping of 16.63μm BN-particle(best grain-size available)increased the compactness and surface roughness,decreased the size and density of micro-pores and significantly improved the tribological properties,because the BN-particles induced melting-sintering of oxides in MAO reaction,resulting in filling of pores.For example,the BN-doping considerably decreased the friction coefficient and wear-rate.The adhesive wear accounted for the wear mechanism of the BN-doped MAO coatings.
