摘　　要：随着中国参与全球治理的步伐加快,全球治理人才队伍建设的需求日益迫切。新中国成立70多年来,中国对外交往与外语人才观形成互动发展态势。在新时代,外语界需要以全新的眼光来审视全球治理人才的外语规划这一新命题。本文基于全球治理理论,分析不同类型全球治理人才的外语需求,提出建立全球治理人才外语规划体系的构想。With China's engagement into global governance,it is imperative to cultivate more talents for the construction of the training system.Even since the founding of the People's Republic of China,there has been an interplay between orientations for foreign language talents and foreign exchange of China.In the new era,foreign language planning for global governance deserves more attention.This paper,based on the theory of global governance,explores the diverse needs for foreign languages and proposes to build a system of foreign languages planning for talents in the new era.
