摘 要:为了精确测量金刚石圆盘锯石机锯切加工过程中的功率和能耗,以石材荒料锯切为研究过程,建立了金刚石圆盘锯石机锯切加工过程的能耗预测模型。通过荒料锯切加工实验,采集荒料锯切加工过程中的功率数据,以锯切参数作为模型的基本变量,经过数据拟合得到功率能耗模型的系数,建立了基于锯切参数的功率和能耗模型。研究结果表明,建立的能耗预测模型充分考虑了锯切参数对加工过程中功率和能耗的影响,能够表达变材料去除率加工过程中的功率特性,准确预测整个锯切过程的功率和能耗情况,为选择最节能的石材荒料锯切加工方案提供依据。An energy consumption prediction model was established to accurately measure the power and energy consumption in the raw stone sawing process of diamond disc sawing machine by taking the raw stone sawing as research process.The power data in the stone sawing process was collected through the raw stone sawing experiment.The sawing parameters was taken as the basic variables of established model.The coefficients of the power and energy consumption model were obtained through data fitting.Based on the sawing parameters,the power and energy consumption model was established.The research results show that the established power and energy consumption model fully considered the influence of sawing parameters for power and energy consumption in the stone sawing process.The power changing characteristics of this model is expressed in the variable material removal rate processing.And the established model can accurately predict the power and energy consumption situation of the whole stone sawing process,which will provide the basis for selecting the most energy-efficient raw stone sawing scheme.
