摘  要:为提高压电振动能量回收系统接口电路的回收功率,设计了一种增强型双中间电容能量回收(E-DICH)接口电路并优化了开关的控制电路和控制策略。建立了E-DICH的电路仿真模型,通过等效电路建模的分析方法推导了E-DICH的回收功率表达式;利用Multisim仿真软件对该电路进行建模与仿真得到E-DICH的回收功率;通过实验验证了仿真的正确性。研究结果表明,E-DICH的回收功率与负载无关,其最大回收功率约为SEH电路的6倍和SECE电路的2倍。In order to improve the harvested power of the interface circuit of piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting system,an enhanced double intermediate capacitor energy harvesting(E-DICH)interface circuit was designed,and the control circuit and control strategy of the switch were optimized.The circuit simulation model of E-DICH was established,and the expression of harvested power of E-DICH was deduced by the analysis method of equivalent circuit modelling.Multisim simulation software was used to model and simulate the circuit,and the harvested power of E-DICH was obtained.The simulation results show that the harvested power of E-DICH is independent of load,and the maximum harvested power is about 6 times of SEH circuit and 2 times of SECE circuit.
