摘  要:目的了解该院5年病原菌分布及变迁,指导临床合理用药。方法采用法国生物梅里埃公司VITEK 2 compect鉴定系统,对标本进行培养及鉴定,并进行回顾性分析。结果2015年1月至2019年12月该院共培养分离出3676株病原菌,居前5位依次为白色念珠菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌。结论加强与临床沟通,依据病原菌分布及变迁情况,指导抗菌药物合理应用。Objective To investigate distribution and changes of pathogens in a hospital within 5 years,so as to guide the rational use of drugs in clinic.Methods The samples were cultured and identified by VITEK 2 compact identification system of French Biological Merieux Company,and the results were analyzed retrospectively.Results A total of 3676 strains of pathogens were isolated from January 2015 to December 2019.The top 5 pathogens were Candida albicans,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Acinetobacter baumannii and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Conclusion To strengthen the communication with clinic and guide the rational use of antibiotics according to the distribution and changes of pathogens.
