摘 要:试验旨在比较精养池模式下不同生长速度的花鳗鲡肠道菌群的差异,为筛选潜在的原籍益生菌提供参考。利用16S rDNA测序技术比较了养殖12个月、不同体重的花鳗鲡[即(83.65±9.60)g/尾为缓慢生长组,(216.98±19.97)g/尾为中速生长组,(386.73±51.90)g/尾为快速生长组]肠道菌群的差异。试验结果表明:快速生长组花鳗鲡的肠道菌群OUTs和Shannon指数高于中速生长组和缓慢生长组。梭杆菌门(Fu⁃sobacteria)和厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)是花鳗鲡肠道中的优势菌群;快速生长组慢生根瘤菌属(Bradyrhizobi⁃um)和不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)的相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05),中速生长组Iamia、固氮弧菌属(Azoarcus)和厌氧黏细菌属(Anaeromyxobacter)的相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05),缓慢生长组拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)、代尔夫特菌属(Delftia)和水栖菌属(Enhydrobacter)等细菌的相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05)。表明:不同生长速度花鳗鲡肠道菌群存在明显差异,其中不动杆菌属中的一些细菌可能是花鳗鲡肠道中潜在的益生菌。This trial was conducted to compare the difference of intestinal flora of Anguilla marmorata with different growth rates under intensive culture ponds condition,and provide reference to find the po⁃tential probiotics in the gut of Anguilla marmorata.The 16S rDNA method was used to identify the in⁃testinal flora of Anguilla marmorata with great weight difference cultured 12 months[slow growth group,(83.65±9.60)g/fish;medium growth group,(216.98±19.97)g/fish;fast growth group,(386.73±51.90)g/fish].The OUTs and Shannon index of intestinal flora of Anguilla marmorata in the fast growth group were higher than those of the medium growth group and the slow growth group.At the phylum lev⁃el,Fusobacteria and Firmicutes were the predominant phylum in the gut of Anguilla marmorata;at the genus level,the relative abundance of Bradyrhizobium and Acinetobacter were significantly increased in the fast growth group(P<0.05),while the relative abundance of Iamia,Azoarcus and Anaeromyxobacter were significantly increased in the medium growth group(P<0.05).Bacteroides,Delftia and Enhydrobac⁃ter were significantly increased in the slow growth group(P<0.05).The results indicated that the intesti⁃nal flora of Anguilla marmorata with different growth rates was significantly different and some bacteria belonging to the genus of Acinetobacter might be the probiotics.
