摘　　要：KPI考评系统可以代替传统的考核方式,实现无纸化考核,可以极大地简化公司及企、事业单位对全体职工的考核。首先介绍了KPI考核的概念、系统需求及系统设计目的和意义,其次介绍了KPI考评系统的开发环境、MySQL数据库及相关技术。针对需求分析对KPI考评系统的前台和后台进行总体设计,并绘制了功能结构图;针对数据库设计绘制了E-R图,分析了实体间关系。最后详细介绍了KPI考评系统的前、后台各个功能模块。在调试环节分析了浏览器兼容问题、联网测试问题,最终完成整个KPI考评系统的设计。KPI Evaluation System can replace the traditional evaluation method to realize the goal of paperless evaluation,and it greatly simplifies the evaluation of all employees in companies,enterprises and institutions.This paper first introduces the concept of KPI evaluation,system requirements and meaning,and then introduces the KPI Evaluation System development environment,MySQL database and all skills required.According to the requirement analysis,this paper designs the front and back of KPI Evaluation System,draws the function structure chart,and draws the E-R chart for the database design and analyzes the entity relationship.At last,the function modules of front and back for KPI Evaluation System are introduced in detail.In the debugging section,the problems of browser compatibility and network test are analyzed,and finally finish the design of KPI Evaluation System.
