摘  要:换流阀作为直流输电工程中的核心设备,长期运行在高电压、大电流的环境中。国内外直流输电工程中已发生过多起由于换流阀各类故障引起的火灾事故,造成了很大的经济损失。为此,研制出一种适用于换流阀阀塔的防火监测装置,该装置具有精度高、定位快的特点,可实时监控阀塔内部元件的状态,提早发现火情。应用有限元软件对装置的散热性能进行分析,得出装置散热性能良好的结论;最后试制了防火监测装置样机并对其成像系统关键技术进行了试验验证,样机完全满足工程使用要求。Converter valve was the core equipment in HVDC transmission project,which run in high voltage and high current environment for a long time.There was many fire accidents caused by various failures of converter valves in HVDC projects at home and abroad,which caused great economic losses.Therefore,a fire protection monitoring device suitable for the valve tower was developed,which had the characteristics of high precision and fast positioning,and could monitor the state of components inside the valve tower in real time and detect fire in advance.The finite element method were used to calculate and analyze the heat dissipation performance of the fire protection device,the results showed that the heat dissipation performance was good.Finally,the fire monitoring device was trial-produced and the key technologies of its imaging system was tested and verified,the results showed that the fire monitoring device was satisfied with the requirement of engineering application.
