摘  要:为推进船体设计、加工、制造的数字化和信息化发展,对广泛应用于工业领域的特种型材,尤其是船体肋骨所用T型钢的成形过程进行简要介绍,并设计船体肋骨三维外形检测装置及可视化系统,实现检测过程的自动化、记录的数字化和检测结果的三维可视化。该系统可为船体肋骨加工过程实现数字化和信息化打下良好的基础。In order to promote the development of digitalization and informatization of hull design, processing and manufacturing, a brief introduction to the forming process of special profiles that are widely used in the industrial field, especially the T-shaped steel used for hull ribs, and the design of a three-dimensional shape detection device and visualization system for hull ribs. To realize the automation of the detection process, the digitization of records and the 3D visualization of the detection results. The system can lay good foundation for the realization of digitalization and informationization of the hull frame processing process.
