摘 要:集装箱船逐步大型化的趋势,提高了绑扎桥的设计要求。文章基于CATIA V6软件平台,提出了一套绑扎桥三维设计方法。综合考虑了绑扎桥的实际设计需求以及三维模型化的技术难点,通过利用参数化定义、EKL二次开发手段以及CATIAV6中的片体模型转实体模型、片体模型转FEM模型等强大的原生功能,有效解决了快速建模、CAD/CAE一体化、BOM数据与出图信息集成等一系列难题,充分利用三维技术减少了设计流程中的信息孤岛现象,基于高度集成的参数化模型来提高设计响应速度与准确性,并通过实践案例予验证分析了该方法的工程实用价值。The trend of gradually increasing the size of container ships has increased the design requirements for lashing bridges.Based on CATIA V6 software platform,a set of 3D design method of lashing bridge is proposed in the paper.Comprehensively considering the actual design requirements of the lashing bridge and the technical difficulties of 3D modeling,a series of problems,such as fast modeling,CAD/CAE integration,BOM data and drawing information integration,are effectively solved by using the powerful native functions such as parameterized definition,EKL secondary development means,slice model to solid model and slice model to FEM model in CATIA V6.The 3D technology is fully used to reduce the information island phenomenon in the design process,and the highly integrated parametric model is used to improve the design response speed and accuracy,and the engineering practical value of the method is verified and analyzed through practical cases.
