摘  要:针对船舶自流冷却系统对冷却器的要求,对各种间壁式换热器的优缺点进行分析;结合热工理论确定冷却器宜采用小管径换热管的钛合金管壳式换热器,得到小管径换热管数量与不同航速、冷却流体流动状态的设计关系,并基于热工计算结果确定结构优化方向。采用计算流体力学(CFD)技术对两管程流体流场进行数值模拟优化分析,得到后端管箱封头a/b的最佳值。实船工程试验结果验证了该分析设计和优化方法的可靠性。According to the characteristics of the requirements of the cooler for marine scoop cooling system,the advantages and disadvantages of various surface heat exchangers are analyzed.Combining with the calculation of the thermodynamic theory,the titanium alloy shell and tube heat exchanger with small-diameter tube is determined.The design relationship between the number of small-diameter tube and the ship speed and the fluid flowing state is obtained.The structural optimization direction is indicated based on the thermodynamic calculation result.A numerical simulation optimal analysis is conducted for the double tube heat exchanger by using CFD technology,the optimum value of a/b is obtained.The reliability of the presented method of analysis,design and optimal is verified by a real ship engineering test result.
