摘  要:为研究温度对驼背鲈Cromileptes altivelis幼鱼生长、耗氧和热耐受性的影响,试验设置低温组(24℃±1℃)、常温组(28℃±1℃)和高温组(32℃±1℃),每组设3个平行,每个平行放体质量为(21.38±1.27)g的驼背鲈幼鱼30尾,养殖试验共进行56 d,试验结束后分析其生长、耗氧和热耐受性等指标的变化。结果表明:驼背鲈幼鱼在水温为24~32℃时均能较好生长,水温28℃时其生长性能最佳,体质量增长率达(55.81±8.15)%,显著高于24、32℃组(P<0.05);驼背鲈幼鱼耗氧率和窒息点随水温的升高而升高,在24、28、32℃时耗氧率分别为(0.20±0.01)、(0.23±0.02)、(0.28±0.02)mg/(g·h),窒息点分别为(1.55±0.04)、(1.81±0.06)、(2.18±0.12)mg/L;温度系数(Q10)分析发现,试验鱼对高温区间(28~32℃)温度变化的敏感性高于低温区间(24~28℃);驼背鲈幼鱼的临界耐受温度随养殖温度升高而升高,24~32℃下的临界高温(θC,h)和临界低温(θC,l)分别为37.12~41.05℃和12.70~17.76℃,正常生长水温下驼背鲈对升温的敏感性弱于降温;32℃组幼鱼肝脏和鳃组织HSP70蛋白表达量均显著高于其他温度组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在本试验条件下,背鲈幼鱼耗氧率、窒息点随温度升高而升高,高温32℃对其生长具有抑制作用,在适宜水温28℃时其存活率和生长速度最佳。Juvenile humpback grouper Cromileptes altivelis with body mass of(21.38±1.27)g were divided into three groups,and reared in 9 fiberglass tanks of each 1 m3 at initial density of 30 fish per tank at(24±1)℃(low temperature group),(28±1)℃(median temperature group),and(32±1)℃(high temperature group)for 56 days with 3 replicates.Then the growth,oxygen consumption rate and thermal tolerance were compared among groups in order to investigate the effects of temperature on growth,oxygen consumption rate and thermal tolerance of humpback grouper.The results showed that humpback grouper had good growth at water temperature between 24 and 32℃,with the best growth rate of(55.81±8.15)%at 28℃,significantly higher than those at 24℃and 32℃(P<0.05).The oxygen consumption rate and suffocation point were shown to be elevated with the increase in water temperature,with the oxygen consumption rate of(0.20±0.01)mg/(g·h)and suffocation point of(1.55±0.04)mg/L at 24℃,oxygen consumption rates of(0.23±0.02)mg/(g·h)and suffocation point of(1.81±0.06)mg/L at 28℃,and oxygen consumption rates of(0.28±0.02)mg/(g·h),and the suffocation point of(2.18±0.12)mg/L at 32℃.Q10 analysis indicated that the fish was more sensitive to the temperature change at high temperature range(28-32℃)compared with low temperature range(24-28℃),increase in the critical tolerance temperature with the warming water temperature,with the maximum critical temperature(θC,h)of 37.12-41.05℃and minimum critical temperature(θC,l)of 12.70-17.76℃.The less sensitive to the rising water temperature was observed in the juveniles exposed to normal water temperature than that in the juveniles exposed to the experimental conditions.There was significantly higher expression of HSP70 protein in the liver and the gill in the fish at 32℃than that at the other temperatures.It was concluded that the oxygen consumption rate and asphyxial point of humpback grouper were increased with warming temperature,inhibition of growth at high temperature of 3
