摘　　要：目的了解河南省市级医院体检居民健康素养水平的现状及其影响因素,为有针对性地开展健康素养干预提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,抽取河南省5家市级医院2322名体检居民进行健康素养问卷调查,并对相关影响因素进行logistics回归分析。结果体检居民健康素养水平为21.79%,基本知识和理念水平为34.71%,健康技能水平为26.44%,健康生活方式与行为水平为16.84%。6类健康问题素养水平由高到低分别为安全与急救素养健康(45.77%)、科学健康观素养(42.72%)、传染病防治素养(29.89%)、基本医疗素养(29.67%)、健康信息素养(26.87%)和慢性病防治素养(6.16%)。单因素分析结果显示,不同性别、民族、婚姻、文化程度、职业、收入、居住地、是否患慢性病等体检人群的健康素养水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步logistics回归分析显示,性别(OR=1.432)、民族(OR=0.396)、文化程度(OR=1.690)、收入(OR=1.176)等是体检人群健康素养水平的主要影响因素。结论体检居民慢性病防治素养较低,应针对重点领域、重点人群采取多种形式的健康教育干预措施,以提升居民健康素养总体水平。Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of health literacy level of the residents undergoing physical examination of the municipal hospitals in Henan Province,and to provide scientific basis for targeted health literacy intervention.Methods Using the stratified random sampling method,2322 physical examination residents from 5 municipal hospitals in Henan Province were selected for health literacy questionnaire survey,and the relevant influencing factors were analyzed by Logistics regression.Results The level of health literacy was 21.79%,the level of basic knowledge and concept was 34.71%,the level of health skills and literacy was 26.44%,and the level of healthy lifestyle and behavior was 16.84%.From high to low,the literacy levels of the six types of health problems were as follows:safety and first aid(45.78%),scientific view of health(42.72%),infectious disease prevention and control literacy(29.89%),basic medical literacy(29.67%),health information literacy(26.87%),and chronic disease prevention and control literacy(6.16%).The results of single factor analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the health literacy levels of people with different gender,ethnicity,marriage,education,occupation,income,residence,and chronic disease or not(P<0.05).Further logistic regression analysis showed that gender(OR=1.432),ethnicity(OR=0.396),educational level(OR=1.690),income(OR=1.176),were the main factors of affecting the health literacy level of the physical examination population.Conclusion Residents undergoing physical examinations had low levels of chronic disease prevention and treatment,and various forms of health education intervention measures should be adopted for the key areas and key populations,in order to improve the overall level of residents’health literacy.
