摘 要:轻钢加层因为质量轻、对原结构影响小、施工快等优点在老旧房屋改造中广为应用,但由于其结构特性,在混凝土和钢结构连接处易产生刚度突变,从而影响结构整体的抗震性能。文章以某办公楼轻钢加层结构为例,通过SAP2000建立有限元模型,分析对比加层前后结构在地震作用下的自振周期、弹塑性层间位移角、基底剪力等参数,并提出2种防屈曲支撑布置方案,分析对比其对抗震性能的影响。结果表明:原结构在加层后周期和层间位移明显增大,扭转效应增强,部分参数超限;加设防屈曲支撑布置后,结构整体的抗震性能得到明显改善;加层结构中防屈曲支撑的布置位置对整体结构的抗震起重要作用。Because of its advantages as light weight,little influence on the original structure and fast construction,the light steel adding layer is widely used in the renovation of old buildings.However,due to its structural characteristics,the sudden change of stiffness in the connection between concrete and steel structure is likely to affect the overall seismic performance of the structure.Taking a light steel adding layer in an office building as an example,this paper sets up the finite element model using SAP2000,and analyzes the parameters such as natural vibration period,elastoplastic interlayer displacement angle and base shear before and after adding the layer under earthquake action.The paper also puts forward two kinds of anti-buckling support layouts,and analyzes their influence on seismic performance.The results show that the period and interlayer displacement of the original structure increase obviously after adding the layer,the torsion effect increases,and some parameters exceed the limit.The seismic performance of the whole structure is obviously improved after the anti-buckling support is arranged.The arrangement position of anti-buckling support plays an important role in the seismic behavior of the whole structure.
