摘　　要：汕头华侨试验区作为国家级创新发展平台已具备建设粤东区域性科技创新中心的基本条件,从创新资源的聚集力、创新环境的吸引力、创新产出驱动力、创新辐射带动力四个维度对汕头华侨经济文化合作试验区打造区域性科技创新中心运用SWOT分析,认为汕头华侨试验区处于粤港澳大湾区国际科技创新中心辐射区和21世纪海上丝绸之路创新发展链条上,激发华侨资源、地缘和政策优势,从双创引领、华侨智谷计划、基础设施投入、创新链条网络融入等方面促进汕头华侨试验区的科技创新中心的形成。As a national innovation and development platform,overseas Chinese Experimental Zone has the basic conditions to build a regional science and technology innovation center in eastern Guangdong.This paper makes SWOT analysis on Shantou overseas Chinese economic and cultural cooperation experimental zone to build a regional science and technology innovation center from four dimensions:the gathering power of innovation resources,the attraction of innovation environment,the driving force of innovation output,and the driving force of innovation radiation Located in the radiation area of international science and technology innovation center of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay district and on the innovation and development chain of the 21st century Maritime Silk Road,the pilot zone stimulates overseas Chinese resources,geographical and policy advantages,and promotes the formation of science and technology innovation center of Shantou overseas Chinese economic and cultural cooperation pilot zone from the aspects of entrepreneurship and innovation guidance,overseas Chinese wisdom Valley plan,infrastructure investment and innovation chain network integration.
