摘　　要：作为文化生产,出版人解决自身生产能力不足问题的途径往往是寻求域外资源,因之导致出版资源的跨境流动,中国现代编辑史上有一位著名的"外援"——罗果夫,不仅在战争年代为中国的编辑出版事业提供了宝贵而无私的援助,而且亲身参与了一系列编辑事业,为中国文化事业的发展及中俄文化交流做出了杰出的贡献。As a cultural production,the way for publishers to solve the problem of insufficient production capacity is often to seek foreign resources,which leads to the cross-border flow of publishing resources.In the history of modern Chinese editing,Luo Guofu,a famous“foreign aid”,not only provided valuable and selfless assistance to China’s editing and publishing industry during the war years,but also personally participated in a series of editing undertakings It has made outstanding contributions to the development of Chinese cultural undertakings and cultural exchanges between China and Russia.
