摘 要:混凝土结构的耐久性和服役寿命长期以来一直是一个备受关注的问题,特别是暴露于氯盐环境下的混凝土结构,氯离子的侵蚀就成为影响混凝土结构耐久性的主导因素,因此搭建合理的氯离子扩散模型研究氯离子的扩散规律是研究氯盐环境下混凝土结构耐久性和服役寿命的关键性问题。通过对防城港、钦州港和铁山港三个码头的混凝土结构取样研究,在综合考虑胶凝材料、温度、湿度胶凝材料、混凝土结构养护龄期、暴露氯盐环境龄期、水灰比、结合氯离子等因素对混凝土结构中氯离子扩散系数影响的情况下搭建氯离子扩散模型,并与Life365模型和LNEC E465模型进行对比分析,发现文中所搭建的氯离子扩散模型更加准确反映北部湾氯离子在混凝土内部的传输特性。The durability and service life of concrete structures have long been a hot issue.Especially for concrete structures exposed to chloride environment,chloride ion erosion has become the dominant factor affecting the durability of concrete structures.Therefore,building a reasonable chloride diffusion model to study the diffusion law of chloride ions is to study the durability and clothing of concrete structures in chloride environment the key problem of service life.In this paper,through the sampling study of concrete structures of Fangcheng port,Qinzhou port and Tieshan port,the chloride diffusion model is established under the condition of considering the influence of cementitious materials,temperature,humidity cementitious materials,curing age of concrete structure,exposure age of chloride salt environment,water cement ratio,combined chloride ion and other factors on chloride diffusion coefficient in concrete structure compared with Life365 model and LNEC E465 model,it is found that the chloride diffusion model established in this paper is more accurate to reflect the transmission characteristics of chloride ions in concrete in Beibu Gulf.
