严寒地区建筑外墙保温装饰一体板修复模式研究

摘　　要：近年来保温装饰一体板被广泛使用,随着时间推移,早先安装一体板有些出现了开裂、脱落等问题,既带来了建筑安全问题,也带来了建筑美观问题,引起广泛关注。根据一体板的破损原因和程度,从材料特性及施工流程等方面提出了不同修复方式,并分析各个方式的可行性和优缺点,同时结合实际工程案例,针对建筑立面一体板大面积破损情况,介绍了一种新的修复模式,并分析其创新点和关键点。In recent years,thermal insulation and decoration integrated board has been widely used.With the passage of time,some problems such as cracking and falling off appeared in the early installation of the integrated board,which not only brought about the building safety problems,but also brought the building aesthetic problems,causing widespread concern.According to the damage reason and degree of integral slab,this paper puts forward different repair methods from material characteristics and construction process,and analyzes the feasibility,advantages and disadvantages of each method.At the same time,combined with practical engineering cases,aiming at the large-area damage of building facade integral board,it introduces a new repair mode,and analyzes its innovation and key points.
