摘　　要：调查了基于信息服务平台开展高校校园智慧化运行的管理现状,并系统分析了高校校园节能运行集成管理的问题。通过实际走访的方式,深入掌握我国高校校园监测平台的建设情况、相关技术的应用情况和校园运行的管理情况。在此基础上,基于WSR方法论,设计校园建筑节能运行管理的调查问卷,针对节能运行实际管理过程中存在的问题,从监测平台及相关技术问题(物理层)、智能管理目标与功能问题(事理层)、相关主体行为的问题(人理层)3个维度进行系统性分析,识别出了高校校园建筑节能运行管理的系统问题。This paper investigates the current situation of energy-saving management of campus buildings in universities,and systematically analyzes the problems of the integrated management of energy-saving operation in campus buildings.The application of related technologies and the management of building operation and management of energy-saving operation and management of campus buildings in China are thoroughly mastered by means of actual visits.On this basis,based on the WSR methodology,a questionnaire for the integrated management of energy-saving operation is designed,and the problems in the actual management process of energy-saving operation are systematically analyzed from three dimensions of WSR:monitoring platform and related technical issues(physical layer),management objectives and functions(management layer),and related subject behaviors(human layer).This paper identifies the system problems of energy-saving management in campus buildings.
