摘  要:从宏观形貌、化学成分、力学性能以及微观组织等方面分析了高钛钢板冷弯开裂的原因并提出了改进措施。认为,由于热变形和轧后冷却过程中形成位错塞积群和表面贝氏体组织,表面贝氏体组织和基体平衡组织相界面之间存在应力,位错塞积群和相界面在外力作用下成为裂纹源;钢板基体带状组织较多、表面贝氏体组织塑韧性差,裂纹在两种组织中快速扩展形成宏观裂纹。通过降低合金含量、调整连铸工艺、改善加热质量、降低轧后冷却速度、堆垛缓冷等措施,有效解决了高钛钢冷弯开裂问题。The causes of cold bending cracking of high titanium steel plate were analyzed from macro morphology,chemical composition,mechanical properties and microstructure,and the improvement measures were put forward.It is considered that the dislocation stacking group and surface bainite structure are formed during hot deformation and cooling after rolling,there is stress at the interface between the surface bainite structure and the matrix equilibrium structure,and the dislocation stacking group and the phase interface become the crack source under the action of external force;there are many banded structures in the matrix,the surface bainite has poor plasticity and toughness,and the cracks propagate rapidly in the two kinds of structures and form macro cracks.By reducing the alloy content,adjusting the continuous casting process,improving the heating quality,reducing the cooling rate after rolling,stacking slow cooling and other measures,the cold bending cracking problem of high titanium steel was effectively solved.
